2011 is here and like so many, I'm going to focus on on losing some weight and eating better this new year. I'm planning to feature a lot of low-fat, healthy recipes this month. Desserts and sweets will be on hold for a bit but don't worry, Valentine's day is right around the corner (as evident by all of the store displays---man, do they move fast!). February also kicks off the begining of birthday season in my house and I can't wait to start baking for those. In the meantime though, I'm going to stay focused and start cooking (light!)!!
